Here is a Texas Instruments TI Speech Synthesizer. It has the manual and has the same synthesis chip found in TI's other talking products. You can use this with a TI-99 computer. There are games that talk and programs that allow you to program speech with it so its a lot more versatile than a plain old Speak & Spell. I bought this years ago with the intention of making it into a standalone synthesizer but never got around to it. Maybe you can pick up where I left off or just use it for its original purpose. It is currently untested, but should work fine. You can't find these anywhere so get it while you can!
